Absolutely! I offer flexible payment plans so you can split your investment into 2 or 3 payments (depending on what works best for you). The first payment, either half or a third of the total, is due as a deposit before we start. The remaining payments are spaced out over the project timeline and are due before your final files are delivered.
All payments are made digitally through my client management system for ease and security. -
You’ll hear back from me within 24 hours! We’ll schedule a complimentary 15-minute call to make sure we’re a great fit. If everything clicks, I’ll send over a detailed project proposal that includes inspiration, a tentative timeline, deliverables, contract, and invoice.
Once the first payment is made, your spot is officially reserved in my schedule, and then the magic begins! -
We’ll have a couple of calls (video chat if you’d like), but most of our communication will happen through HoneyBook and email with weekly check-ins. If we’re working on a website, I’ll also share a Google Doc so we can collaborate in real time for quick updates and feedback.

For my design clients, I provide prompts and guidance so you know what to write, but if you’d rather have it done for you, I can connect you with a trusted professional copywriter. -
It depends! If your current brand identity or website is already solid and strategically designed, we can absolutely explore a refresh instead of a full rebuild. I occasionally take on brand refresh or website-only projects if your existing pieces were professionally created and still align with your business goals. The best way to know? Of course! Once your site is launched, I’ll send you a couple of video tutorials showing you how to navigate your site and make updates to the most important areas. These will cover the things you’ll likely want to change most often (like text, images, adding products or new pages).
From there, it’s still up to you to get comfortable with the backend of your platform (Shopify, Squarespace, or Showit) beyond what’s covered in the videos.
