Your questions, answered

  • Absolutely! I offer flexible payment plans so you can split your investment into 2 or 3 payments (depending on what works best for you). The first payment, either half or a third of the total, is due as a deposit before we start. The remaining payments are spaced out over the project timeline and are due before your final files are delivered.

    All payments are made digitally through my client management system for ease and security.

  • You’ll hear back from me within 24 hours! We’ll schedule a complimentary 15-minute call to make sure we’re a great fit. If everything clicks, I’ll send over a detailed project proposal that includes inspiration, a tentative timeline, deliverables, contract, and invoice.

    Once the first payment is made, your spot is officially reserved in my schedule, and then the magic begins!

  • We’ll have a couple of calls (video chat if you’d like), but most of our communication will happen through HoneyBook and email with weekly check-ins. If we’re working on a website, I’ll also share a Google Doc so we can collaborate in real time for quick updates and feedback.

  • My availability changes depending on the season and current bookings. The sooner you inquire, the better, I will let you know a tentative start date after we chat!

  • I don’t offer logo-only packages because strong branding is so much more than one mark, it’s built from strategy and a complete visual system that works across every touchpoint.

    If you’re looking for a simpler option, my Brand Intensive might be the perfect fit. It’s ideal if you’ve been in business for a couple of years or already have a clear vision for your brand.

  • I focus on all things design, including guiding you on what information goes where on your site and creating a great user experience. I’ll also help refine and organize the content you provide using the details from your business questionnaire.

    Copywriting isn’t just about filling in text; it’s about shaping the way you speak to your audience and strategically marketing your business so it connects and sells. For my design clients, I provide prompts and guidance so you know what to write, but if you’d rather have it done for you, I can connect you with a trusted professional copywriter.

  • It depends! If you already have a solid brand identity that was professionally designed by another designer, I occasionally take on website-only projects.

Let’s chat about where you’re at and see what makes the most sense for your next step.

  • Of course! Once your site is launched, I’ll send you a couple of video tutorials showing you how to navigate your site and make updates to the most important areas. These will cover the things you’ll likely want to change most often (like text, images, adding products or new pages).

    From there, it’s still up to you to get comfortable with the backend of your platform (Shopify, Squarespace, or Showit) beyond what’s covered in the videos.
